Roy was professional and prompt. I was impressed that I called him Monday and he was able to see us on Tuesday morning. He worked quickly (with a mask) to fix our running toilet. He also provided guidance on possible plumbing issues without trying to talk me into unnecessary services, which was refreshing! We will definitely be return customers!
