Few months ago, I had called different plumbing companies because I had a leak on the ceiling right below our roof. Multiple plumbers gave their rates for coming to assess the problem, while this company decided to step by step go over where the leak was coming from on the phone, and ultimately told me the leak wasn’t likely to be a plumbing issue. Well, they were right it wasn’t and they saved me my time and money. The honesty and helpful information obviously went a long way when I actually had a leak in one of my pipes. I went straight to this company and they got one of the most friendliest plumber’s named Harold. Not only was Harold extremely professional, he educated me step by step about all the different pipes and where the water led. He was extremely knowledgeable about codes and every question I had. We will be seeing him soon again to help us update our water heater, thank you all I had a wonderful experience.
